All items are FREE UK mainland delivery excluding Highlands and Islands (certain low value items will have a minimum order quantity to qualify for free delivery. This will be stated in the product information).

No hidden delivery charges will be charged at the checkout.

Deliveries can only be made during working hours, Monday to Friday and we cannot always provide an exact date at the time of ordering. For furniture items, you will receive an email delivery date or a phone call 1-2 days before delivery.

A signature is always required for any items delivered.

Items (except furniture which is to be installed) will be delivered to ground floor or goods-inwards areas only. If you require delivery to other areas please contact us before ordering to ensure that delivery is possible.

Any deliveries to congestion zones will be charged at the current rate and must be paid for before the delivery is made.

Times quoted are so quoted in good faith but shall be non-binding. To facilitate a prompt delivery all despatches will be made direct from the point of manufacture. We shall not be liable for any losses incurred by you or any other person as a result of any delay in the delivery of the goods or any part of the order for any reason whatsoever. The due performance of the contract is subject to cancellation or such variation as the seller may find necessary as the result of instructions or lack of instructions from the buyer, or as a result of industrial dispute or of any cause whatsoever beyond the seller’s reasonable control. We reserves the right to make partial deliveries.
