Anybody can order from Mike O'Dwyer Limited Online! Companies of all sizes, Schools, Colleges, Universities, Government Authorities but we also sell to private individuals too - just remember to add VAT to our prices (which is done for you at the checkout).

How do I order from Mike O'Dwyer Limited Online?

It couldn't be easier. How do I pay for my order?

You can pay by card, online using PayPal the worlds most trusted payment service. All cards are accepted. If you do not have a PayPal Account, simply select the pay as a PayPal Guest option and pay with any credit / debit card. Education and Government Authorities qualify for accounts, please call for details.

Where do you deliver to?

We can only deliver items within the UK. FREE delivery applies to addresses within UK Mainland, Delivery to the Highlands of Scotland Will incur a delivery cost. If there are any issues we will contact you as soon as possible once your order is placed.

If you would like some advice regarding delivery before ordering, please do not hesitate to email our sales team sales@mikeodwyerofficefurniture.co.uk Delivery is made by the manufacturer or by courier and if re-delivery is necessary there will be a re-delivery charge. Please note that for large items (e.g. storage, sofas, etc) you must ensure that there is sufficient access to your premises for delivery. Made to order items (e.g. sofas) are not returnable and items we are unable to deliver because of insufficient access will incur a restocking charge if they are able to be returned.

Items (except furniture which is to be installed) will be delivered to ground floor or goods-inwards areas only. If you required delivery to other areas please contact us before ordering to ensure that delivery is possible.

A signature is always required for any items being delivered.

When will my delivery be made?

Deliveries can only be made during working hours, Monday to Friday and we cannot always provide an exact date at the time of ordering. For furniture items, you will receive an email delivery date and a phone call 1-2 days before delivery. A signature is always required for any items delivered

What if there is a problem with my goods?

We strongly advise you to inspect your goods on delivery as goods signed for are deemed to be accepted as perfect on delivery. If a Customer is dissatisfied with their purchase due to damage, faults or defects with the item on delivery the Customer must advise Mike O'Dwyer Limited Online within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange collection of the goods and arrange to replace the goods at no extra cost.

What if the goods need to be returned?

If not faulty, goods will be accepted back for credit only with the express permission of Mike O'Dwyer Limited Online. Made-to-order items cannot be accepted back in to stock. If you decided to cancel your made-to-order product for any reason, it is unlikely that we could sell it to another customer at full selling price. Mike O'Dwyer Limited Online will therefore charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the order price - this applies to all made to order products when the order is cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order.

Made to order products cannot be returned after delivery. Our usual refund policy does not apply to made-to-order products, which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a resaleable condition. Credit shall not be given for goods received damaged.

The buyer shall unless otherwise stated be responsible for the cost of the return carriage of all goods returned which shall be at the risk of the buyer until actual receipt of the goods to Mike O'Dwyer Limited Online. Proof of return delivery will remain with the buyer.

We reserve the right to charge for incomplete returns, orders placed in error or not wanted. Are your products Guaranteed ? All products supplied by Mike O'Dwyer Limited Online come with a Manufacturers Guarantee. Please refer to the features section on specific items for the length of Guarantee.

Do you offer an installation service?

Yes, we offer an installation service on all our products, Please call or email our sales team for a Quotation.

Will my Products need some self-assembly?

Many of our chairs will be delivered fully assembled however in some cases, to ensure secure packaging, some chairs will be boxed and require some simple self assembly.

Most of the Desks we supply are flat packed ready for easy self assembly. Instructions for assembly will be provided where necessary. To see if any products will need simple self assembly please refer to the features section of each specific product.

COLOUR VARIATIONS

Due to varying screen resolutions, when Colours are shown online there could be a slight difference in the Colour of the actual ordered item. If you are unsure about any Colours please call or email for Colour samples.
