How much will delivery cost:
Most items are FREE UK mainland delivery excluding Highlands and Islands (certain low value items will have a minimum order quantity to qualify for free delivery. This will be stated in the product information). Deliveries will be carried out directly by the Manufacturers or Manufacturers own courier. We are unable to deliver certain items to Scotland free of charge, if there is an issue with an order that has been placed relating to a delivery in Scotland we will contact you within 48 hours and give you the option to pay the extra delivery charge or cancel the order. If you need any clarification before you order, please do hesitate to call us.
No hidden delivery charges will be charged at the checkout.
When will our delivery happen:
Deliveries can only be made during working hours, Monday to Friday and we cannot always provide an exact date at the time of ordering. You will receive a delivery date by email as soon as we receive notification from the manufacturers regarding your delivery date or a phone call 1-2 days before delivery.
A signature is always required for any items delivered. Failiure to sign for your goods will result in a re - delivery charge.
Will you place items in a specific room:
Items (except furniture which is to be installed) will be delivered to ground floor or goods-inwards areas only. If you require delivery to other areas please contact us before ordering to ensure that delivery is possible.
We have Parking / Access restrictions:
If there are any parking or Access restrictions whatsoever at you premises you must inform us of this before placing any orders with us. Failure to inform us of any restrictions or special requests could result in the items being returned and a re delivery charge would apply.
Any deliveries to congestion zones will be charged at the current rate and must be paid for before the delivery is made.
For deliveries to private addresses a charge may be applicable if the manufacturers vehicles are unable to gain direct access to the specified delivery Address, or if there are any parking restrictions in such cases a separate courier company with smaller vehicles will be used. Our transport team will notify you of any delivery problems along with any extra costs, you will have the option to pay the charge or receive a refund. Any charges must be paid for in full before delivery can take place. We will always do our best to deliver to private Address for free.

Times quoted are so quoted in good faith but shall be non-binding. To facilitate a prompt delivery all despatches will be made direct from the point of manufacture. We shall not be liable for any losses incurred by you or any other person as a result of any delay in the delivery of the goods or any part of the order for any reason whatsoever. The due performance of the contract is subject to cancellation or such variation as the seller may find necessary as the result of instructions or lack of instructions from the buyer, or as a result of industrial dispute or of any cause whatsoever beyond the seller’s reasonable control. We reserves the right to make partial deliveries.
