Anybody can order Office Furniture from Mike O'Dwyer Limited Online! Companies of all sizes, Schools, Colleges, Universities, Government Authorities but we also sell to private individuals too - just remember to add VAT to our prices (which is done for you at the checkout).

We offer the best choice of office furniture, desks, office chairs, filing cabinets, office cupboards etc. and a lot more! We have now simplified our Checkout process online to make it even easier for you to purchase online.

You can pay over the phone, we now accept telephone payments Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept all credit and debit cards online and over the phone. You also have the option of paying using your Pay Pal account. If you would like to pay via BACS no problem just ask us for a Pro Forma Invoice and we will email one over.

Mike O'Dwyer Office Furniture Limited is now fully PCI Compliant, we have passed the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) which is a set of requirements designed to ensure that ALL companies that process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment so you really can purchase from us with total peace of mind 100% securely.

Are you Education, Government or NHS ? if you are, then just send over an official Purchase Order and we will set up a 30 day credit account.

 

 

Where do you deliver to?

We can only deliver items within the UK. FREE delivery applies to addresses within UK Mainland, Delivery to the Highlands of Scotland Will incur a delivery cost. If there are any issues we will contact you as soon as possible once your order is placed.

If you would like some advice regarding delivery before ordering, please do not hesitate to email our sales team sales@mikeodwyerofficefurniture.co.uk Delivery is made by the manufacturer or by courier and if re-delivery is necessary there will be a re-delivery charge. Please note that for large items (e.g. storage, sofas, etc) you must ensure that there is sufficient access to your premises for delivery. Made to order items (e.g. sofas) are not returnable and items we are unable to deliver because of insufficient access will incur a restocking charge if they are able to be returned.

Items (except furniture which is to be installed) will be delivered to ground floor or goods-inwards areas only. If you required delivery to other areas please contact us before ordering to ensure that delivery is possible.

A signature is always required for any items being delivered.

 

 

When will my delivery be made?

Deliveries can only be made during working hours, Monday to Friday and we cannot always provide an exact date at the time of ordering. After your order has been processed you will be advised of a delivery date, our logistics department will then call you 48 hours prior to your delivery to book this in. For next working day delivery items that are ordered before 3pm these will be delivered on the next working day without notification.  A signature is always required for any items delivered.

 

 

What if there is a problem with my New Office Furniture?

We strongly advise you to inspect your goods on delivery as goods signed for are deemed to be accepted as perfect on delivery. If a Customer is dissatisfied with their purchase due to damage, faults or defects with the item on delivery the Customer must advise Mike O'Dwyer Limited Online within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange collection of the goods and arrange to replace the goods at no extra cost.

 

 

What if the goods need to be returned?

If not faulty, goods will be accepted back for credit only with the express permission of Mike O'Dwyer Limited Online. Made-to-order items cannot be accepted back in to stock. If you decided to cancel your made-to-order product for any reason, it is unlikely that we could sell it to another customer at full selling price. Mike O'Dwyer Limited Online will therefore charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the order price - this applies to all made to order products when the order is cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order.

Made to order products cannot be returned after delivery. Our usual refund policy does not apply to made-to-order products, which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a resaleable condition. Credit shall not be given for goods received damaged.

The buyer shall unless otherwise stated be responsible for the cost of the return carriage of all goods returned which shall be at the risk of the buyer until actual receipt of the goods to Mike O'Dwyer Limited Online. Proof of return delivery will remain with the buyer.

We reserve the right to charge for incomplete returns, orders placed in error or not wanted.

 

 

Is your Furniture Guaranteed ?

All products supplied by Mike O'Dwyer Limited Online come with a Manufacturers Guarantee. Please refer to the features section on specific items for the length of Guarantee.

 

 

Do you offer an installation service?

Yes, we offer an installation service on all our products, Please call or email our sales team for a Quotation.

 

 

Will my Products need some self-assembly?

Most of our Premium seating will be delivered fully assembled with instructions on how to operate your new chairs. All seating from our budget range will be boxed to keep costs low and require some simple self assembly, however some budget chairs will have the option of being fully assembled for a small additional cost. .

Most of the Desks we supply are flat packed ready for easy self assembly. Instructions for assembly will be provided where necessary. To see if any products will need simple self assembly please refer to the features section of each specific product.

COLOUR VARIATIONS

Due to varying screen resolutions, when Colours are shown online there could be a slight difference in the Colour of the actual ordered item. If you are unsure about any Colours please call or email for Colour samples.

Dont Forget!! We are able to Upholster your seating in any Fabric, Vinyl or Leather in any Colour, so if you have a specific Colour requirment thats not offered on our web site, please just get in touch and we can do the rest.
